Turn Teaching Materials Into AI Simulations in Weeks

Turn Teaching Materials Into AI Simulations in Weeks | LiveCase blog

Four simple steps to go from course materials to a ready-to-run simulation.

Most educators already have great material: a case, an article, a lecture note that works beautifully on paper but falls flat when students sit behind laptops. LiveCase Studio Services exists to fix that. We turn an idea or existing teaching content into interactive, AI-driven role-plays that make students argue, decide, and learn in real time.

Infographic illustrating the four-step Studio Services process: 1. Reach out – a hand with chat icons, 2. Proposal – two people discussing over a laptop, 3. We create the case – colorful abstract structure symbolizing case design, 4. Ready to use – smartphone with a smiling face icon.

It is a fast, collaborative process designed for educators who want high-quality experiences without months of production work.

How it works

1. Reach out

It starts with a quick 15 minute call to understand your goals, your learners, and the kind of experience you want to build. You do not need to have a full script, just a case or a concept that deserves a more dynamic format.

2. Proposal

After the call, we send you a clear proposal with scope, structure, and timeline. You will see how your case will be adapted into an interactive simulation, complete with roles, decision points, and AI-driven dialogue.

3. We create the case

Our experienced case writers (the same ones behind best-selling cases) get to work. They build the scenario, integrate learning objectives, and use LiveCase's no-code authoring tools to bring it to life. You review, we refine.

Each LiveCase includes tailored teaching notes and can be built in multiple languages or formats depending on your course needs.

4. Ready to use

Once approved, your LiveCase is delivered ready to run, copyright and all. You can use it in class, online, or hybrid sessions. Everything you need is included: teaching guide, host dashboard, analytics, and support.

When a good case becomes a great one

After you have used your simulation in class and refined it based on feedback, you have the possibility to publish it. The best LiveCases are distributed through academic partners such as Harvard Business Publishing, Ivey Publishing, and The Case Centre, giving your work the visibility and credibility it deserves.

Your authorship and rights remain fully yours. LiveCase simply helps your teaching reach further.
